8. Digital Products, Payments & Refunds
All ColourRise purchases are for digital products.
Once payment has been successfully processed and the digital download has been delivered or made available via the online store, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, refunded or exchanged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law exemptions for digital content supplied immediately.
If you have purchased a subscription, you may cancel at any time prior to the next billing date. Upon cancellation, no further payments will be taken, however access to previously delivered digital content will remain subject to these Terms. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
9. Privacy & Personal Information
ColourRise collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Personal information (such as name, email address and purchase details) is collected solely for the purpose of providing access to digital products, subscriptions, customer support and related communications. ColourRise does not sell or misuse personal information.
Payment details are processed securely via third-party payment providers. ColourRise does not store credit card or banking information.
