Thank you for your interest in the ColourRise Community Partnership Program.

Each year, ColourRise partners with a selected number of charities, not-for-profit organizations, schools, health providers, community groups, government agencies and social enterprises that are committed to improving emotional wellbeing through creativity, mindfulness and meaningful human connection.

The Community Partnership Program provides eligible organizations with complimentary access to structured wellbeing resources that support participants experiencing stress, isolation, trauma, disability, ageing, mental health challenges and other significant life transitions.

Applications are welcomed from organizations throughout Australia and, as the program expands, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and selected Asia-Pacific communities.

Before You Apply

We encourage organizations that:

• Support vulnerable or disadvantaged communities
• Deliver community wellbeing, education or health services
• Can facilitate a structured wellbeing program
• Value evidence-informed practice and participant outcomes
• Are willing to provide anonymous program feedback

to submit an application.

Applications are assessed throughout the year based on community need, organizational readiness, alignment with the ColourRise mission and the potential to create lasting social impact.
